3. How do I earn rewards?

When your referred friend makes a qualified purchase on us.narwal.com using your referral link and code (FRIEND-XXX) , you earn 5% of the purchase amount in cash rewards. Qualified purchases must include a robot vacuum or vacuum mop and must not be refunded within 30 days.

1. As a member of the Narwal Referral Program, you are subject to Narwal's Terms of Use, Narwal's Privacy Policy, and the additional terms outlined in these Referral Program Terms.

1. Qualified Referral
For a referral to be considered qualified, the following criteria must be met:
- The purchase must be made on us.narwal.com through the referral link provided by Narwal, known as the "referee" or "the referred person".
- Qualified purchases must include a robot vacuum or vacuum mop and not be refunded within 30 days. Orders that only purchase accessories are not eligible.
- For qualified purchases, the referer will receive the 5% cash reward of the purchase amount via Paypal, 30-60 days after their referred friend successfully places an order. If you don't have a PayPal account combined with the email that you registered for this Referral Program, you need to create one to receive the rewards. If the referred friend places an order but later refunds the product, the cash reward for that referral will be canceled.
- The referrer's unique referral link must not be shared, sold, or used in any other way except for obtaining qualified referrals.

To ensure a fair and equitable referral program, Narwal reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke rewards for any of the following behaviors:

- Fraudulent Activities: Any attempt to manipulate or game the referral system, including creating fake accounts, generating fake purchases, or using bots or automated scripts to generate referrals.
- Misrepresentation: Misleading or providing false information about the referral program, such as overstating the benefits or terms of the program.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral program.
- Violation of Terms and Conditions: Any other behavior that violates Narwal's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or these Referral Program Terms.
- Inappropriate Content: Sharing the referral link along with inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
- Unethical Practices: Any other unethical or inappropriate behavior as determined by Narwal in its sole discretion.
6. During other campaigns and promotions on the website, the use of Referral Program stackable coupons will be governed by the Terms & Conditions of the respective campaign or promotion.
Narwal conducts thorough reviews and investigations of all referral activities and has the sole discretion to determine whether a participant's actions constitute misuse.
