Good and bad . Great machine the best ever before I let it go on carpet after that it was all messed up. The customer service top notch spent hours on phone helping me. I had to send it back they fixed it it seems like. Ill never let it touch carpet again. It doesn't do carpet if u put on carpet kiss all your electronics and computer good by

I am 82 yrs old and always washed my floors by hand, kneeling on a pillow. Needless to say, I'm very particular about the cleanliness of my floors. Much to my surprise and delight, my N?RWAL Flow Robot Vacuum has been a reliable & efficient appliance. I must admit, it was a major expense for me, but well worth it.

I've been using the Narwal Flow robot vacuum and mop almost every day, and I absolutely love it.Compared to my previous robot cleaner, the Narwal Flow cleans much faster and does a noticeably better job. One of the biggest improvements is the battery life. My previous robot often had to stop and recharge before it could finish cleaning the entire floor, which made the process take much longer. The Narwal Flow can easily clean my whole floor in a single run and still has battery remaining afterward.Another thing I appreciate is how quiet it is while running, which makes it easy to use throughout the day without being disruptive.I did run into a small issue at one point, but the customer support experience was excellent. I contacted support through the app, received a response very quickly, and they helped arrange a replacement with no hassle. The entire process was smooth and efficient.I've been using it regularly and have had no problems since. Great product, excellent battery life, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended! I’m planning to buy another one when my upstairs old robot breaks.

I absolutely love my Narwal Flow! It is my daily driver despite having robot & vacuum mop combos from other brands. It’s quiet operation & superior mopping are probably my favorite things about it. Since I use it heavily, there was an issue with the roller brush baseplate. I contacted Narwal support & they were beyond helpful in rectifying the issue. They walked me through troubleshooting in great detail. When they identified the issue, I got the replacement part shipped to me & my robot was good as new. Not all companies I’ve dealt with in the past with regarding robot issues have been this great. I highly recommend this robot to anyone who wants the best when it comes to mopping, strong build quality & overall smooth performance.
