I don’t normally leave reviews but holy moly this thing is impressive. I swore I’d never buy another robot vacuum after my last roomba but here we are. This thing does a superb job of cleaning up my black labs dog hair. The mop does awesome too but it won’t get really sticky spots. Can’t say enough good things about this. Plus the sale was awesome!

I love Narwal products and was very excited when I was able to order this new item. This is my third Narwal vacuum/mop robot, and this one performs just as well as my other two.The 31,000Pa suction provides plenty of power for picking up dust, crumbs, pet hair, and other debris from both hard floors and carpets. The FlowWash mopping system also continuously rinses the mop with fresh water while cleaning, which helps keep the mopping process more hygienic. The docking station handles several maintenance tasks, including hot-water mop washing, hot-air drying, automatic tank refilling, and dust storage.I appreciate the slim 3.74-inch design because it allows the robot to clean underneath furniture that might otherwise be difficult to reach. I'll admit it, I'm lazy when it comes to cleaning floors and I absolutely hate mopping, so this thing is great for me. I can let it handle the everyday vacuuming and mopping without having to drag everything out and do it myself. It does a good job getting around furniture and avoiding stuff in its way, and the mopping actually feels like it's cleaning instead of just dragging a wet pad around. There is some setup in the beginning, but once that's done, it takes a chore I hate and pretty much handles it for me. That's a win in my book.

I’ve only had this for a short time so I’m still messing around with all the settings, but so far I really, really love it. We have a small-ish two bedroom home with a small bathroom and then our living room and kitchen are basically one big room, so there aren’t a ton of separate areas for it to figure out. We also have 3 cats and a toddler so there is ALWAYS cat litter, cat hair, crumbs, random little pieces of whatever my daughter has been eating, etc. all over the floors. I’ve had robot vacuums before and this one mapped our house so much faster than my old one and it also cleans the whole place noticeably faster. The first thing I noticed after it mopped was how CLEAN the floors felt under my feet. We always take our shoes off at the door, so I’m pretty used to noticing what the floors actually feel like, and these felt noticeably cleaner after it ran. I kept walking around because I could actually feel the difference lol. I’m also obsessed with the hot water mopping. It gets the floor so much cleaner than I expected and it dries too so it isn’t leaving a wet floor behind. I was really worried about having a robot mop constantly putting water on our floors and possibly damaging them, but I haven’t had that issue at all. The dock is probably my favorite part because it washes the mop by itself and then dries it, and I weirdly love looking at the dirty water afterward because you can literally see how much stuff it pulled off the floors. It also does the dust emptying and has all the self-cleaning stuff built in so I’m not constantly taking the robot apart and cleaning it myself. The app has WAY more stuff in it than I expected too. It mapped out all of our rooms and I was able to name them, set up cleaning areas, adjust things like floor material and carpet, make no-go zones, set pet cleaning zones and manage furniture on the map. I can also tell it exactly which rooms I want cleaned instead of just sending it everywhere. The task history is nice because I can actually see how much area it cleaned and how long it took, and the reports show things like dirt detection, pets it recognized and obstacles it ran into. I set up a few scheduled cleanings and those worked great once I got everything figured out. The ONE annoying thing was the time zone in the app. For some reason mine was set to a time zone about 6 hours ahead of me by default, so my scheduled cleaning times were obviously not happening when I expected. I had to dig through the settings and find where to change the time zone, but once I fixed it the schedules worked normally. I’ve also been playing around with the different cleaning options instead of just letting it run the same cycle every time, and I like being able to have it vacuum and mop specific areas depending on what the floors need. The obstacle avoidance has been good so far too. With three cats there’s always something sitting somewhere it probably shouldn’t be and I’ve watched it slow down and go around things instead of just bulldozing through them. I’m still learning everything it can do because there are SO many little settings in this app, but I already know this is going to get used constantly in our house. I used to think robot vacuums were more of a “nice to have” thing but with a toddler and three cats I’m starting to realize how much time it saves me. I can have it clean while I’m doing other stuff and then come back to floors that actually feel clean. And the fact that it takes care of the mop washing and drying itself is huge for me because that’s the part of robot mopping I’ve always hated dealing with. I’m really happy with it so far and I’m definitely going to be putting it through its paces because our floors are basically never clean for more than five minutes around here lol.

I have owned 3 robot vacuums over the years, and they all shared the same weakness: the edges and corners were always left untouched. This model changed that. The first time it ran, I checked the baseboards and they were actually clean. Not 90 percent clean; actually clean. The mopping function is what impressed my wife most. Our kitchen tile gets sticky from cooking, and the rotating mop pads scrub it properly instead of just dragging a damp cloth across. The self-cleaning station means the pads are washed and dried automatically, so they never smell like old dish rags. Obstacle avoidance is genuinely good. It navigates around my kids' toys, chair legs, and the dog's water bowl without getting stuck. I have not rescued it from a tangle in 2 weeks of daily use. For a robot that actually handles the whole floor without babysitting, this is the one. 5 stars.
