What is the obstacle-crossing height of the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro robot?
The Narwal Freo Z10 Pro's obstacle-crossing height is 2cm.
Narwal Freo Z10 Pro recognizes carpet pile length and thickness
When vacuuming carpet areas, carpet cleaning robots automatically raise the mop to increase suction power, only sweeping to avoid wetting or soiling the carpet. However, please note that the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro robot only supports carpets less than 20 mm thick and with a pile length of no more than 0.7 cm. If the carpet thickness or pile length exceeds this range, it is recommended to turn off the carpet cleaning function. Additionally, if your carpet is made of a rubber material with a very dense surface, the robot may not be able to effectively recognize the carpet. This is something to be particularly aware of.
What usage scenarios are the corresponding suction power levels of the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro suitable for?
The suction power levels of the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro are as follows. You can refer to them: Noise Reduction, suitable for quiet cleaning when people are resting; Standard, suitable for daily cleaning (default setting); Powerful, suitable for heavily soiled floors or floors that haven't been cleaned for a long time (e.g., cleaning snack particles); Super Powerful, suitable for deep cleaning, effectively cleaning the floor thoroughly;
How long does it take for the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro to create its first map?
The first time you use the base station function key, press it briefly to start mapping. Building a 120-square-meter house takes about 7 minutes. After mapping is complete, the robot will return to the base station, and then you can let it start working. (Friendly reminder: Do not move the base station after mapping is complete. Moving the base station will require re-mapping. The map will be permanently saved after mapping is complete.)
Does the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro need to map the entire area?
Before mapping, do the following preparations: 1. Ensure all clean doors are open so the robot doesn't miss anything during exploration; 2. Remove obstacles from the ground, such as wires, clothes, books, etc.; 3. Ensure there are no obstacles near the base station so the robot can exit the base station; 4. When the robot is mapping, do not approach the robot. If following or blocking the robot, maintain a distance of at least 2 meters. 5. Do not stand in passageways or doorways, otherwise the robot may miss some areas during mapping. After completion, do not move the base station;
Unmapped areas after mapping will be handled as follows: 6. During subsequent cleaning, the robot will identify unmapped areas. Users can update the map by clicking the icon on the homepage map. 7. When the robot is far from a narrow path, the radar may consider it impassable. To improve mapping efficiency, smaller areas are not explored. The map can be updated during subsequent sweeping to fill in any missed narrow paths.
The Narwal Freo Z10 Pro robot wanders around randomly during its first cleaning session.
Hello, during the first cleaning, the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro detects the lack of a map, so it will perform a mapping task before starting cleaning. Cleaning will not be performed during mapping because the robot moves quickly during mapping, and to improve efficiency, it will not and does not need to go to every corner.
How does the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro perform deep carpet cleaning?
The following is the working principle and cleaning path of the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro carpet deep cleaning system: Working principle:
After the ultrasonic sensor detects the carpet, 1. the mop automatically rises to prevent the mop from wetting the carpet; 2. a pressure cover is added to the roller brush opening. After detecting the carpet, the cover automatically presses down, increasing the density and sealing between the suction port and the carpet, reducing airflow leakage; at the same time, the fan motor speed is increased, increasing the air volume. The combined effect of these two factors enhances cleaning efficiency.
Cleaning Path:
Most Carpets: Use powerful mode, clean twice in a forward bow-shaped pattern
Small Carpet Areas (less than 0.6㎡): Use powerful mode, clean once in a forward bow-shaped pattern + once in a reverse bow-shaped pattern
How does the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro achieve intelligent dirt recognition?
Dirt Recognition: The robot uses the wastewater from washing the mop to determine the degree of dirt using sensors, and then uses the dirt value to determine whether to re-mop or adjust the mop washing cycle.
How does the Narwal Freo Z10 Pro perform dynamically temperature-controlled hot water washing of fabrics?
The Narwal Freo Z10 Pro determines the water temperature for washing the mop based on the color and turbidity detected by the dirt sensor: 45°C for starchy substances and 60°C for grease-based substances.
Furthermore, during the final mop wash, a pasteurization cleaning is performed using 72°C hot water for 35 seconds.
