Narwal Vacuum Mop S10 Pro

It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it! I did a lot of research because I wanted an all in one unit that would actually clean and keep up with pet hair. I have a huge German shepherd and 2 other furry dogs and this thing cleaned everything in one sweep! This has forever changed my life, it used to take me an hour + to sweep mop and clean the floors and now it takes me 20 minutes! I have only had my narwal s10 pro for about 3 weeks. I have brand new lvp flooring and this makes it so easy. It feels like a quality product to me. Good fit and finish, with the proper materials in the proper place. Keeping the weight right with a quality feel. I like tech when it works and makes sense, and the voice feedback and small display really work well. It even knows to turn off when you put the handle straight up and on again when you bring it back down.

The only thing I needed the directions for, was to find the clean water tank (it blends into the power head so nicely) everything else was common sense to me.

Using only water is great, no chemical cleaners to buy, store, and use. Just fill it with tap water and your ready. We have a small home and the machine uses very little water for each cleaning, in 3 weeks I haven't had to refill it and still over half full. It maneuvers like a dream very easy to get it to go where you want it to. I don't do the house everyday but I do use it every excuse I get.

We have 2 dogs and one was sick and left a couple of messes over night. I picked up the bulky stuff and grabbed the narwall for the stuff that dried and was a little stuck on. It didn't pick it all up in one pass like every vacuum advertisement I've ever seen but just a few slow passes and the mess was gone.

So far great machine I can't say enough good things about it. I even think it's a great value compared to other machines out there.

This is the one. This is what I imagine a futuristic modern vacuum should be. I know it doesn't matter but this vacuum looks so stylish.

As someone who has used a wired vacuum for a long time, even as a kid doing chores. I didn't think I would need wireless, but my goodness I wouldn't be able to go back to wired after using this. This vacuum's head swivels in all directions and can get into every corner except for hard angles like 90 degrees, in which case you'd need a broom to sweep those angles out.

It also has a self-propelling mechanism to roll forward making it effortless glide forward as you vacuum meaning less effort on the user. I love how the little LCD screen tells you how much dirt it's detecting as you use it. I also like the charging dock. I thought it would be a clutter and one more gadget to charge, but I don't mind it. It seems very useful since it also self-cleans itself on the dock!

Here are the CONS. Mind you I'm still giving it 5/5 because I like it that much.

- It's a bit confusing since it has a lot of cleaning modes, but I found 'auto' to work well and it automatically adjusts based on how much dirt it detects.
- Out the box it kept telling me there's no clean water in the tank. No matter how many times I tried inserting it and fiddling with it, it would not start because it thinks no clean water in tank. I honestly thought it was broken until it worked, and it's been working ever since.
- Even if the clean tank, and battery can keep going, the vacuum will shut off and tell you to clean the dirty tank first despite it not being full. I believe this is because it feels it'll clog if it keeps going. Happens quite often for me.

Overall this is the perfect vacuum / mop combo for someone who cleans often. It's so easy to just start vacuuming and put it away that it makes vacuuming and mopping a breeze now. It might even be the perfect vacuum for someone who doesn't clean often as it's so simple it might get you to start using it more!

Amazing product with great performance for its size and weight. Excellent for spot cleaning and quick cleanups of regular daily messes.

I waited until I used the product a few times before I wrote a review. I debated on buying this product because it is pretty expensive. However it has exceeded almost all my expectations. First thing I love about this product is you don't need any harsh chemicals/ expensive solutions. It drys the floor very well. So much better than the crosswave. My floors normally take about an hour to clean with waiting for the floors to try and moving furniture. With the narwal, I am done cleaning within 30 minutes. It's super easy to use. This is great for daily use. I have 3 dogs and a toddler so I probably still will have to use a regular mop about once a week to get the places the narwal won't but I am okay with that. Time will only tell how well it holds up to pets but so far I'm very impressed. My only complaint is I wish the battery lasted longer. I definitely recommend this product though. It's worth the price!

I have a cat and dog and it's hard to keep floors clean. This not only made it easy to clean my floors but it lasted far longer than a steam mop did. It was light weight and easy to move around. AND NO CHORD! This is worth the money!
