1. What are the differences between the S30 and S30 Pro?

S30 Pro and S30 have same powerful cleaning performance, the S30 Pro additionally features a hair-cutting blade, higher self-cleaning temperature, and automatic detergent dispensing. For details, please refer to the comparison table.

2. Does the S30 Pro support automatic detergent dispensing? How long does a bottle of detergent last?

The S30 Pro features a 100ml detergent storage tank located at the base of the unit. Once pre-filled, it can automatically dispense detergent during cleaning as needed. A full tank lasts for up to 40 days without refilling. Each 200ml detergent bottle can refill the storage tank twice, meaning one bottle provides approximately 80 days of usage.

3. How much waste can the self-contained waste separation bag hold? How often should it be replaced?

The high-capacity 150ml waste separation bag is made of composite material that's durable and tear-resistant, automatically collecting solid debris. For optimal performance, under heavy-duty situation, replace it daily; under regular use, replace it every 0.5-1 week. Pair it with the included integrated deodorant module, which scientifically neutralizes odors in the dirty water tank and ensures that separated solid/liquid waste remains odor-free for over 7 days.

A great helper for easy and convenient mopping.

3 weeks real use on hardwood and tile floors. Super easy to push while mopping and leaves floors really clean. Suction power is consistent and strong for daily messes. What I love most is the simple disassembly design, making post-use cleaning of the machine quick and hassle-free. A very practical daily cleaning tool!

Life saver

I’ve been using the Narwal S30 Pro for almost a month now, and it has completely changed how I clean my floors. If you have pets, you know the struggle of trying to sweep up dog hair while the floors are still wet—it usually just turns into a soggy mess. With this machine, I don’t have to wet the floor beforehand or manually collect the hair anymore. It vacuums up all the dog hair and mops the floor at the exact same time. The best part is how it maintains itself while you use it. The roller stays clean as you go, so you aren't just pushing dirty water around. Battery life has been great too. I can easily clean two bedrooms, my living room, and the kitchen on a single charge. When I'm done, I just park it back on the charging station. It automatically washes the roller with hot water and dries it completely, so I don't have to touch a disgusting, wet brush roll. It is super pet-friendly and saves me so much time.

Great wet dry vac!!!

What an amazing wet dry vac!!! This vacuum system uses very little water and cleans like a boss!!! Any spill is so easy to clean up, juice, coffee, etc. The machine speaks to you and cleans itself. There best part, if you have long hair, no worries it cuts it/collects it with no mess for you to deal with...no more scissors cutting out hair from a roller. I use the mop often.

Great Vacuum Mop for Busy Homes

honestly made cleaning way easier than I expected. It vacuums and mops at the same time, has super strong suction, and the self-cleaning feature is amazing. I also love that hair doesn’t get tangled in the roller. Great for tile floors and everyday messes!
