This is our fourth robot vacuum and I couldnt love it more. Its so quiet and so efficient. Very pleased with the purchase!

For the money I dont think there is a better vacuum mop combo. Our floors shine, the device is quiet, and the navigation is top notch.

Anything that does cleaning for you without you having to lift a finger is awesome, and this is exactly what this robo vacuum is! It doesn't quite get into the grooves or corners, and of course under tables and chairs is a challenge.

This is the husband writing this review, who, to be honest, was highly skeptical about a robot vacuum cleaner. My wife, however, has been coveting one for years. I finally decided to do some research and buy her one. I do not remember how I came across the Narwal brand but it was being compared to a Roomba S7. There were several video reviews plus those on the product page that were mostly exceptional ratings. So, I thought we would give it a whirl. When the vacuum arrived it was well packaged, Think it would take some effort to damage the machine the way it was packed. Unpacked, read through the assembly instructions and the user manual ( yes I actually do read the instructions.). The assembly was fairly straight forward and we were ready to get going. Now, here is one of the few negatives..we downloaded the app and followed the instructions it contained. But we could not get the Narwal to connect to our network. It kept saying the phone was not connected to the internet. I tried for quite a while to figure out what was wrong, but no luck. I finally found a customer service number for Narwal which I called. The customer service rep was outstanding. He walked me through my settings, which were fine, then went to the app settings. Evidently there are three setting within the app that need to be turned on. That was it. Smooth sailing from there on. Narwal customer service rocks.their manual, not so much. It has been very entertaining to watch the Narwal work. It mapped out the house fairly quickly. We have wood laminate floors throughout with one large area rug in the living room. In mapping the house, the Narwal even identified the rug and two door mats so we could designated special setting for just the rug. Now the only other negative is that the Narwal does not let you know when the dust bin is full. I found this out while watching the vacuum on the app map as it was cleaning. As it vacuums an area it shades in that area as it goes to tell you where it has cleaned. I noticed that although the Narwal was still moving around a room, it was not shading it in. That is when we checked the dust bin to find it packed full (we have dogs). Lesson learned. Now we just check it regularly. Overall, my wife (and I) are impressed with this Vacuum and would recommend it highly. I would say that is a great value and quality product.
