No, the Freo X10 Pro does not include floor cleaner — we let you choose what works best.

Prefer using a cleaner? You can purchase Narwal cleaning tablets through official channels or contact Narwal Customer Support for details.
Prefer chemical-free cleaning? Simply use water — the robot still delivers powerful mopping without additives.

Safety Note: Always keep cleaning tablets out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion.

What are the key steps I should take before getting started?

Please complete the following steps before first use:

Network pairing – Scan the QR code under the robot’s top cover, and follow the in-app instructions. Note: the Freo X10 Pro supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only.
Install accessories – Install the side brush on the robot and place the dust bag into the base station.
Check the cleaning filter – Ensure the replaceable cleaning filter is correctly installed on the cleaning base.

How can I clean a heavily soiled area?

The Freo X10 Pro is powered by Freo Advice 1.0, and you have two ways to clean heavily soiled areas:

Increase cleaning passes manually
Go to Cleaning Options > Customize > Vacuum & Mop Cycle and set additional passes per session.
Set a “Heavily Soiled Room” in the app
Tap the Map icon (right side) > Map Editing > Heavily Soiled Room > Choose the room.
The robot will then automatically adjust its routine to perform extra passes, ensuring a thorough and reliable clean.

What should I do if the robot disconnects from the App?

If your Narwal Freo X10 Pro appears offline or loses network connection, please try the following steps:

Verify 2.4GHz Network

Ensure your router’s 2.4GHz band is active. Note: the Freo X10 Pro does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.

Reconnect th robot

Open the Narwal Freo App and go to the device homepage.
Tap the Settings icon (top-right corner).
Select Device > Reset Network and follow the prompts to reconnect.

How can I keep the Dual Tangle-Free System in optimal condition?

Different home environments and debris types may affect the roller brush and side brush. Regularly check for frayed bristles, damage, or hair tangling before use. If tangling occurs, follow these steps:

Remove the side brush and clear any hair from both ends.
Use scissors to cut and remove tangled hair from the roller brush.
Inspect the bristles; replace if they are worn or damaged before reinstalling.
