Free Your Hands from Dirty Mops

The T10 saves hands from coming into contact with allergens or dirt. This mopping robot vacuum periodically auto-detects mops' dirtiness, returning to the base station for cleaning when needed and then resuming its floor cleaning duties. After cleaning, mops are auto-dried to prevent germs and bacteria.

So far it's a hit!

It took us a bit of time to figure out the network connections to get it running. I bought this for my mom for her birthday. My parents live on the west coast and we are on the east coast so it was a lot of remoting in and videoing to figure out the IT side of this to get it up and running (btw, my husband has 30+ yrs of IT as a CIO and cyber guy). I really thought we were going to have to box it up and return it. It was just hard because he was not physically there to walk her through and honestly it took several attempts and several hours to finally get it going. It's going now and my mom loves it! She cannot believe how good it cleans her floors.

Best purchase EVER! I absolutely love my vacuum!

Great machine

This machine is a lifesaver. I was so excited about receiving it. It was easy to set up and link to the app to map my floor. Only thing is I wish it could come with a sample pack of the mopping detergent sheets as I was unaware that was needed while ordering.

Life Changing!

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to with my Narwal experience.

This vacuum/mop has been life changing for us. We run a small doggie daycare and boarding business in our house. The dogs are able to go in and out of the backyard at will since we have a fenced in yard. At the end of a day/week, the floors are in need of a good cleaning.

This unit gets under all the furniture and cleans unbelievably. Better than we could do with a regular vacuum.

The mopping feature puts the whole thing over the top! It works VERY WELL! Our floors are immaculate when done.
