Unlimited Repairs up to the MSRP ( $429.99 for S10 Pro) of the devicePlan Details

Payment Options
Available for purchase up to 1/2 year following the purchase of your Narwal S10 Pro
Plan remains active for one/two year after the expiration of your manufacturer's warranty, unless canceled by customer, Olibgor (Northcoast), or the Administrator (Servify).

  • Repair Options
    •Unlimited Repairs up to the MSRP value of the device in any 12/24-month (1/2 year) rolling period
    •One (1) replacement every 12/24 months (1/2 year) rolling period

    Repair and Replacement Practices

    In the event of a claim, the device will need to be sent to a Narwal Authorized Repair Center.
    • The Administrator (Servify) will provide a prepaid shipping label.
    • Device will need to be shipped to the Authorized Repair Center, where it will be inspected.
    • Inspection will determine the extent of damages, and if those damages fall under the scope of the NarwalCare plan. Inspection will also determine if the Narwal device is repairable or if a replacement device is necessary.
    • Once repairs and/or replacement are finalized, the device will be shipped back.

    Replacements are provided at our discretion, and will be of equal or similar features. If the Narwal product is determined to be covered, shipping is provided free of charge. If the Narwal product is determined to not be covered, the expense will be incurred by you

    Refunds
    Customers have the option of canceling at any time. Customers may cancel by contacting Narwal or Servify directly, either by phone or email. Unless a claim is filed within the first 30 days, and a customer cancels within the first 30 days of purchase, they will receive a full refund. If a claim is filed within the first 30 days, any refund would be minus any claims expense. If a customer cancels after the first 30 days, they will receive a prorated refund, minus any claims expense.
