• Auto-Raise Mop: Lifts the mop 12mm when crossing carpets to avoid wetting or staining them.

• The default setting avoids carpets to protect them. To enable carpet cleaning, go to the app and turn on Carpet Mode. The steps are: Map Editing > Carpet > Clean the Carpet.
• Works Best On: Carpets under 20mm thick with pile height ≤ 0.7cm. Thicker or denser rugs (like rubber-backed ones) may not be detected properly.

• Check Stairless Mode: Ensure Stairless Mode is turned off if you have stairs. Go to Settings > General > Stairless Mode and disable it.
